Poor service

Last night at the McDonald's in woodhead drive threw the service that we received was terrible our order was placed at 23:56 and we received our food almost a whole 30 min later and on top of that the manager and one staff mbr was having a long conversation I am sure it was not work related it did not sound like it when our food eventually came it was cold.
