Poor service

I bought food worth 250 last night at Mayville and they forgot to include my nuggets and only realised when I got to my house which 10km away. I had to drive back to ask for a refund, only to be told by an *********** supervisor that I will not get my refund. It had to take me being angry before he can refund me. This poor service!
