Poor service

Mcdonalds provide a rate ur visit link to rate their service. when trying to use this site the site will not accept the valid info on the receipt in order to rate the service. Even date and time entered being rejected as invalid. You know how poor the service is when the website provided to rate the service does not even work . I have placed an order with crew member several times and even after confirming it items were still left out, delaying a long line of other customers. Bad communication and service from Mercury branch.
