Poor Service!!!!!!!!!

I've place my order at 11am, according to the McDelivery app, my order should have been delivered at 13.10 it is now 14h15 and my order is still not here. I have called the customer services countless times, and they told me my order has left the restaurant. I called again to verify, they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, what sort of unprofessionalism is this? i'm really not impressed by your work ethic at the moment totally disappointed. oh by the way, the McDonald's that's supposed to deliver, is the one is Craighall, Johannesburg.
