Poor service

Was in McDonald's Mama Mall the service I got there was very poor,ordered my breakfast waited for over 20min,while the staff was busy chatting they forgot about me,as I was running late for work.When I complained that's when they came with my food and it was burned and smelling of smoke.drove back asked them to refund me,they never said anything the manager took the bag replaced what I ordered gave it to one of the staff to come give me without any apology,I'm so dissapointed I'm never ever gonna buy again there.
