Poor service

Service at the old fort branch really disgusting. I have laid a previous complain but it turns on deaf ears.

The store does not answer their phones. We waited in line to be told that there's no ice cream available.

Why not inform customers prior or put a sign up so customers do not have to wait in line. The lines take so long cause the service from cashiers are so bad.
