POOR SERVICE

So last night, 26 October, my family and I decided to get McDonald's. We ordered 2 McFeast meals and 1 happy meal. McDonald's is currently running a promo with capitec that if you swipe you get a free upside meal. When we already paid cash for our meal we noticed the sign and asked the cashier if there is any way that she could give us the cash money back and we can swipe with our capitec card in order to qualify for the free upsize. She called the manager and the manager then explained to us that she can see we do have a capitec card so she is not going to process anything on the system as it's going to appear as a refund, instead she's just going to upside it for us, we agreed to this. We waited about half an hour for our order as it got quite busy. When ordered a take away and not sit down. When we got home our meals were 2 single quarterpounders and medium meals! This was horrible..We had an option to actually go to steers but chose McDonald's and this happens. I was so disappointed I couldn't even eat that meal! McDonald's Belhar
