Poor service

Called from work to place an order, the consultant did not mention to me that they don't deliver in Kempton park instead the Mc donalds in Isando calls me and tells me that they deliver in Kempton. Firstly why didn't the call center agent inform me of this secondly why take my if its not going to be deliverd.

Poor service and lack of experience and not professional at all....
