Poor service

Went to a McDonald's this morning and got poor service. Firstly we had to scream to speak to the lady because the speaker wasn't working or the lady was just sleeping. we had to repeat ourselves a couple of times and the lady still got the order wrong. When we had to collect the order, they gave us a coke instead of a coffee. When we told the lady that she said but a coke was captured and we told her we had ordered coffee, she kept insisting it was a coke even though we told her a coffee and didn't bother apologizing. This was really bad as we were going to work and the fact that they can't acknowledge their mistake. They need customer service training. I can't tolerate this kind of service.
