Poor Service

Your staff at Vangate Mall is the worst. Customer Service is extremely poor. Order was totally different to what was ordered. The staff had really bad attitude towards customers. They all look like they dont want to work here. I have never experienced this service of any McDonald's. They gave us cold coffee with we didnt order. We told Anele the coffee is ice cold and not what we ordered. The attitude that was given was unacceptable. You should really train your staff to work under pressure. I want an apology for the service I received from your staff at Mc donald's in Vangate Mall.
