poor service

So today we call in to order for delivery and we were told they can not take any more orders as they have too much orders this is at 12:00pm

What we do not understand is why there is a delivery service if at 12:00 we are told we can not place any more orders?if a business is growing is it not the businesses responsibility to esure they facilities/equipment are also increasing

We understand when it is raining we can not expect motorbikes to be on the road,thinging of the condition of the food and the drivers obviously

But to be tols you have a lot of orders and can not take ours really?????
