Poor service

I am so disappointed in the staff of Macdonals Mafikeng next to mafikeng mall...you ask fo drink with no ice they put it when you complain they remove the very same ice inside and give the drink to you...do you understand the reason of no ice? or you cannot read the order or pay attention to detail? Many times I buy drink with no ice but they put it....why? and thhe attitude you get when you ask fo no ice....ag man where is the service i mean excellent client service?
