Poor service

So firstly i ordered from the Mcdelivery option, veru friendly lady helped me and got my order correct! Then my order gets here like 10mins later- not a trainsmash... my food was cold, drink was flat! And my order had onions on which on my order slip it states no ONIONS!! Then the guy didnt have change!!! I am not happy with this service.... i could not even eat my food i gave it away! Someone needs to sort this out!
