Poor service

Bad attitude and service given by Kedibone while I took a drive through order. I order my jnr and I tell her I want a cream soda and I wash her adding R2 so I ask what is for. The answer I got was " next time you must read" I ask read what.... She repeated herself. And I asked her name. I said I like your attitude she said she likes my attitude too

If that's the customer service McDonald's promotes on its employees. What was hard about saying if you not ordering coke zero or sprite zero you pay extra R2 as she eventually told me because I was not prepare to pay for something I didn't know.

So I collect my order and on my way as I eat I realised the drink is not sprite but soda water..... I check for slip I realized she didn't give me the slip coz I wanted to confirm if she ordered the correct drink, with the attitude she gave me I don't even trust she put in the correct drink.
