Poor Service

Good Day

I visited the Edenvale McDonald’s yesterday at 18:24:30 & enquired about the 90c burger.

The staff didn’t have a clue as to how to advise me regarding how to obtain the 90c burger. I spoke to 3 staff members at Edenvale McDonald’s & one of the staff was “Crew ID 26 – Maloma V. I did place an order #54.

I had to go from Edenvale to Kempton Park.

I find this very disappointing that the staff are not aware of what specials or benefits McDonald’s offer to the customers.

Please advise if this is the standard that McDonald’s operate by.

Case no. CAS-49672-V9K2K1 has been logged but since 19 Feb, no action has taken place.
