Poor service

I had logged a complained via Hello Peter regarding the service I received at Mc Donald Westgate Mall 5 days ago and till date no one has contacted me.This says a lot about your customer service and then you expect us to use our money at Mac Donald.I'll make sure that people known about your poor service .This is bull **** not even an apology what type of business are you runnin????
