Poor service

I went to Mcdonalds and told them that i wanted to purchase 40 Kids Meals for my kids party. i spoke to two different managers who promised to call me back to confirm my order, advise if i could pay upfront and if they had someone that was going to be able to do the face paint.<br> <br> Thursday evening i went to the outlet again and requested that we confirm my order and if i can make payment there since i had discussed this with them over a week ago. the manager said she needed to speak to the owner and she was going to call be back on that very same day.<br> <br> my son's birthday was yesterday and No one from Mcdonalds bothered to call me till today. If the outlet is making too much money and they dont need more clients , they should have just told me and i was going to make alternative plans by going to another outlet that still values thier clients.
