Poor service

Waited 10-15 min for my two mega mc****ins at 8am. I went into the store thinking it would be quicker. Turns out they help the people going through the drive through, and i have to wait and wait as everybody gets helped before me even though they were there way later than me. Then there were no apologies whatsoever after i complained about it.. Really poor service, seems like this is the norm nowadays for all McDonalds franchises in South Africa.
