Poor Service!

I’ve been to McDonald’s Observatory on multiple occasions now, and each time, the service is so poor. One has to wait nearly an hour for a burger as the service is very bad. When you receive an order, the food is cold as well. I’ve tried going inside to order instead of using the drive thru, however, the wait is just as bad. You literally see the food standing boxed, but your order doesn’t get called and the staff can never assist.
