Poor Service

My wife absolutely loves Mc Donald's so every once in a while I take the family for a drive through dinner. I unfortunately only enjoy one or two menu items as long as they have Jalapeno sauce on them.My wife negotiated that she and the kids would get nuggets so that I could get their sauce. I was convinced! I ordered a bunch of junior burgers for myself and home we went. When we got home I proceeded to dissect my burgers so that I could add the Jalapeno sauce. Guess what was not in the bag????? I was outraged. The only reason I am even willing to eat Mc Donald's is because of the sauce. I realize that in the grand scheme of things it is not such a big thing but in this case it was huge. I ate one of the burgers and threw the rest in the fridge feeling extremely angry and sorry for myself. I tried last night several times to call the number on the slip but the phone just rang. Probably for the best as I may have been a bit rude to someone had they answered. It seems as though this branch manages to get our orders wrong about half the time we go there. The staff were friendly enough but need to realize that something as small as this can destroy a branches reputation for a consumer.
