Poor Service

I received the most putrid behavior from George (Manager) who refused to provide his surname upon multiple requests. We have been ignored at the drive thru to place an order and when driving to the window, we were refused an opportunity to place an order after waiting 20min in line, while other cars passed by and placed their orders. We were then told to come inside and place the order and again waited 10min for George to avail himself with still no luck in having our placed. I have never received a worse service at any fast food organization in my life before. This makes me sick to my stomach, knowing that the service from McDonalds Vanguard could be so pathetic!!!!
