Poor Service

I am really disappointed in the service of Mcdonalds N1 City. My son and I waited for several minutes and many people after us received their meals after we did. I asked where our meal was and was just ignored. After which I asked another person and he then helped me. I have always such good comments about Mcds, but todays service was very disappointing and now I see they are a company that doesnt respond...this is not how I know Mcds
