Poor Service

This morning I received such bad service at McDonald's, their attitude was disgusting to say the least and it was like I was not even there,I literally stood in front of the till for close to 15 minutes with no one attending to me or even bothered to explain what the hold up was . Until I deceide to go across to KFC nearby.this needs to be resolved before you loose other customers.
