Poor service

Arrived at Mc donald in witbank Emalahleni woltemade str./Ammaryllis str. to buy ice cream<br> McFlurry which took 20 minutes. Actually it could have been more minutez or even hours if I didnt ask.<br> Its not first time 3 months ago order a burger from the same Mc donald through drive through it came 30 minutes late.<br> My issue is that the staff is not even apologetic they go on like its ok to give poor service.<br>
