Poor Service

On Sat just after 5pm, I decided to go buy my kids McD in Krugersdorp and I always make sure that their meals don't have Onion and Pickles. After queuing for +30mins we get to order via drive through, I ordered Happy Meal Cheese Burger and Double Cheese Burger Meal with both no onion and pickles. I asked for a slip after paying via card, but strange enough they told me to collect it on the collection window which I forgot to cause that's where I collect food not receipt. When I got home my daughter couldn't finish her burger due to these onions and pickles that were on her meal, I so furious and going back there to return this was not possible for me. This was not the first time this happens in McDonald's Krugersdorp, I would like to get a refund for my purchase or voucher for the same meals which my kids didn't even get to finish, I am really not impressed.
