Poor service

I want to a McDonald's and the service was the worst. I made and order, payed and waited for my order for over 30 minutes. By that time i was really tierd i went to check on my order only to find out that the order was never made and they only started with it once i asked about it, to make it worse no one saw it appropriate to apologize for the inconvenience
