Poor Service

Having arrived at the drive through McDonalds Karen Park the gentleman taking the orders listened for the first order but had to be asked if a second order could be placed. Wanting to pay the cashier did not have change and kept asking for different denominations. At the collection order we were asked to park in the parking lot and wait for our order. This is common practise for this branch. 13 minutes later we received our order. Is this the service we as consumers can expect from this franchise? Shocking. Have had enough and would rather drive further to another branch were service is great.
