Poor service

McDonald's Westgate yooh wat a poor customer service...on friday i made an order the next thing my order does not have a cold drink ...i call and enquire this was around 13h00 they tell me they will send someone to deliver it ....the person arrived at 16H32 with a dirty container didnt know what to say gosh never mind the person who was delivering it my thirst was quenched in a sec ......and this is the second time im having this bad experience with McDonald's Westgate
