Poor service

I am terribly disappointment with the quality of service and the inability of McDonald's Fleurdal to coordinate ordered instructions. On the 27th of November 2020 (Crew ID 33), my son was so disappointment after he was given a girl toy, instead of a boy toy. My son goes to McDonald's not for the food but for the toy and to take that experience away from him is truly sad.
