Poor service

Hi I bought a kiddies meal from Mcdonald's at the gateway mall for my child and expected a toy to come with it but unfortunately i am very disappointed that did not happen, its sad that we only realised onced we reached home. I would really appreciate feedback on how to resolve the issue. It may just seem like a toy but for our child it would of been exciting to find a toy,thats mostly why we bought the meal.
