Poor service

McDonald's currently has this points system that you can use to purchase things there . I bought a big Mac meal with these points and used 6500 points in total for this . The lady at the front didn't know how to put this code in and asked me to come to the window . Coming to the window , I noticed that it was already redeemed but no order has been placed . I was told you will get your points back . Up until today still no points back . And no meal . My daughter loves their fries . I went to get a meal for her , the following day . After ordering they mentioned they don't have coke zero lol , again I'm charged for something they don't have , normal coke cost extra . My meal was not ready yet , I had to wait for about 10min , listen to this . The guy brings my meal and this is his exact words. They gave you corn. I was like wait , where's my fries . Sorry they ran out of fries . Without asking me they replaced it with corn , now who eats corn with their burger 🤢. Why is McDonald's still open . I saw them cleaning their bins out in Linton Grange and guess what , food *****s market packets , full of them , all these nuggets I normally buy is from food *****s market . They charging you double the price for the same damn nuggets .
