Poor service

Everyday I drive past the Macdonalds on the corner of Martin Road and William Moffett,Port Elizabeth. Everyday this Macdonalds has an incredibly long queue. My husband and I eventually decided to give it a try. We sat forever in the queue. We both ordered the double cheese Mac saver meals. I ordered a coke zero, my husband a regular coke. His was R2 more? So now all of a sudden, the most obvious drink costs more? The staff we so rude and unhelpful when we questioned why it was more expensive. Then when we asked to change the regular coke to a coke zero, it was like we had asked them to do something so major that required huge amounts of efforts. Never mind the staff hanging on all of the walls--so unprofessional and made me wonder how clean the food area is? Sadly we won't be visiting a Macdonalds again. It is going to take a lot to change our mind about this store or any other Macdonalds.
