Poor servicce

Greetings<br> <br> At 2:21pm I made my order via macdelivery call centre.It has been an hour and no one is communicating with me regarding my order(Auckland park,Campus square). I feel this is very unfair, more especially there was no form of communication that was made.I am leaving work at 16:00.Is it still worth my meal?? later on the driver calls me apologizing,where was the manager to address the matter? This is not fair at all.
