poor servic

All staff members are incredibly slow. I understand it's a new store but no one seemed adequately trained. The kitchen staff were struggling constantly with alarms on the equipment. It was a peak period (lunch time) and only one till was open. I stood in the line forever, with only 2 customers in front of me. It took almost 10 minutes before they were ready to help me. Finally when they were able to take my order, they told me they don't have any drinks.
