Poor serves / Mc Donald's Potchefstroom

Afternoon,

My self and my family has the worst worst experience at Mc Donald's Potchefstroom today...

By the ordering speaker, you can hardly hear what this woman say, to put the cherry on the cake she stuffed up my hole order when i wanted to pay....

When i wanted to pay i had to wait 5minutes before i can pay and proceed to the next window....

When arriving at the receiving window i waited again more then 5 minutes before a lady came and said they ran out of chocolate mix for 3 milkshakes i ordered.... with a huge agurement between mulyself and this lady suppose to be serving me she called the manager....what a joke of the manager...

The rudest manager with he's chip gold teef told me straight that he will re fund me, the more i say i order chocolate milkshake for the boys and me and we on our way back to Kemptonpark the more he plays dum and stupid and wants to give me a run out....i explained to him i dont want a re fund its 196km to Kemptonpark, i paid for chocolate milkshakes and i expect chocolate milkshakes the more he plays dum and rude.....

Please Please people be sure not to stop at Potch Mc Donalds as it clearly shows that they do not like to surf white people, have issues with white people and clearly making enough money and dont need the white persons money....as you will rudely be served as you are beneath them...

Will never never stop there again....very much disappointed......****** has turned towards white people
