Poor, Rude Service Chases Customer Away

On 25 May 2015 I visited McDonalds. There were 3 customers before me so I waited patiently. After some time I enquired when I will be attended to as the customers were playing around and asked why there was only 1 cashier. Another cashier was sent to the front. When she (Martha) arrived people entered and went to her till. When I indicated that I was there for a long time she said that I was not standing at the right place and refused to assist me! I felt insulted and asked to see the manager (David) who instructed the first cashier (Tshidi) to serve me, she however turned away and said next customer. I was furious that the 2 cashiers treated me so badly and demand an appology from them. I will never visit Woodmead branch again and it will long before I try out McDonalds again. I chose to use my money where I enjoy friendly service.
