Poor quality food!Waste of time and money

Yesterday 27 August 2024 round 5pm I decided to spoil myself and my two children with some McDonald's.Which I do on a regular basis! As I absolutely love the new chilli tenders! I have been to multiple McDonald's ranging from the north to JHB. The closest 1 to me is the 1 in Mayville. I have eaten there multiple times and have had 1 or two problems with the restaurant but yesterday was just the pits for me. I asked no ice in my drinks yet I got ice!I got home to eat and the chips where absolutely disgusting! My chille tenders tasted terrible to a point where I didn't even finish my food! It was old and few and looked nothing like I have ever had before. When I wanted to add tomato sauces none was given. They advertise toys for happy meals but never have in-stock as displayed in the fron***** always something other than.I ordered 3 drinks and received 2 straws. So now this morning as I wish to make a complaint or to share some sort of disappointment.I not only can't get through on there phone lines but when trying to go thru the rateurvisit service I am having no luck even getting the QR scanned. I feel ****** and extremely upset by the state of food.
