Poor poor service!

Poor service I received this morning at McDonald's in Vangate, I was at drive thru and ordered spicy foldover meal and had it upsized on the app also upsized the big mac meal which was never upsized...Amahle Mlata till operator was very rude and gave me attitude while waiting on the app to redeem my deals.
