Poor Poor Poor Customer Service

McDonalds Ottery is the worst ever. I am not one to post poor services of businesses but this time I think its very valid. Firstly the service is extremely bad. Secondly, I never get right order first time. Just this evening, I ordered 6pc Nuggets Meal, Quarter Pounder Meal and Big Mac Burger only. Stood almost 30min in the drive thru (which is pretty normal at this McDonalds) , got home to find 6pc Nuggets, a McChicken Burger, Old, cold chips. Costed me to drive BACK again. The best part is, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, ITS THE NORM. I CANNOT BE THE ONLY PERSON THIS IS HAPPENING TO. It's clear the night duty staff are clueless in coping to run this business at night. PLEASE MCDONALDS MANAGENENT, DO SOMETHING URGENTLY. McDonalds Ottery, you have just been through a REVAMP recently. Please revamp your staff as well to give us, the consumer, Excellent service, the right orders first time and a faster drive through. This is happening too often at your outlet. Its building customer frustration big time. But as you can see, WE, Your Customers, are suckers for punishment. Its 2020 now, PLEASE MAKE OUR EXPERIENCES POSITIVE
