Poor operations management of store. Poor customer service from store management

My wife and I went for supper at Mcdonalds, Bluff, Durban. At 18:00 to 20:00 there was loadshedding. The store was full of customers. The store generator did not kick in. Apparently there was no diesel in the generator . The battery lights blanked out and the store was in total darkness. Some customers left to collect their order later,The store was tempoarily closed.There was no apology from the management.The Shell garage is located 50m from the store.
