Poor McDonald's Customer Service at Senior Level

After trying numerous times trying to get through to the Customer Care number for McD's South Africa (which I fully understand if the lines are down), I spoke to a Marketing agent at the Head Office in Johannesburg regarding an advert I saw online for the McD's Cajun Burger for 90cents. It would seem as if she didn't fully understand what the advert or (if I could call this a special) was really all about. I had asked her a few constructive questions surrounding this advert, and she sounded unsure as to what exactly was going on. It would be a shame if this is how little the senior staff of McD's in South Africa show an interest in their work, as this can trickle down towards their staff in the lower rankings, and would lead to a total lack of customer care all around.
