Poor McDelivery service

I have ordered from the McDonanld's App on multiple occasions and each time there is some sort of problem with my order. Tonight (15/11/2024) I ordered at 17:51 and estimated delivery time was 18:25. At 18:25 there was no communication about my order and the estimated delivery time was changed to 18:40. 18:40 came and I still had no food or any communication about my order. I decided to phone the customer care at 18:55 as it has been an hour since placing my order, I spoke to a lady who told me that there are no drivers available and she will let me know when a driver is available.

Seeing that this is not the first time having to phone customer service before something gets done about my order I queried this with the consultant and she got all rude with me. I will not be ordering from McDonald's again as their service delivery is very poor. I have a new estimated time of delivery which is at 19:30 this will be two hours after the initial estimated time of delivery and I think it is absolutely pathetic.
