Poor manager s****s and bad attitude

I was at mcdonalds in upington! The service is so poor i stoped at the drive trough and the woman antionette deelie asked me if she can take my orderand , she took the wrong and said she is currently busy with a other client , after that she said I must drive up to the window where we can pay I told the lady that she had a bad attitude , I ask to speak to the Manager she was not as much help (what tipe of Managers does Mc Donalds hire ) as the Manager said that there is no one els who can assist me with the problem on hand ! Mc Donalds in Upington have the worst service I have erver seen !!

I would like this issues to be resolved , this is not the first time we had a problem with this Branch and it seems the service Problems keep on getting swipe under the caperet .
