Poor management service

I sent my uncle to protea glen macdonalds to buy the kids food. They 1st withdraw the money at a standard bank Atm and went to macdonalds via drive thru. The taller refused to take the money when they were paying and said its being rejected by the machine. They requested for the manager and he said there is nothing he can do if the machine reject the money. They ended up going to kfc with the same money but they assisted them. When they came home we called customer care and they said someone will call back. They called indeed and he explained what happened. After few minutes he received an sms saying the matter have been resolved and they never called back or anything. I'm so disappointed with the service and the kids wanted macdonalds but because of certain reasons that i dont understand. They sent a reference.
