Poor management at Mc Donald's Rosebank.

You can't have a lot of employees on duty, only have one till open for service and have a long queue of CUSTOMERS waiting to be serviced. It's around lunch time and people are in the rush as it's their lunches also. Instead of apologizing the manager or whoever and whatever she is decides to give us as paying customers attitude.
