Poor management

On Friday the 30th of October I took my daughter together with her sister and cousin to her favorite restaurant to have some lunch on since it was her birthday. When we got to the restaurant we were greeted by this ear piercing alarm which ranged without being deactivated. It went on for about 7minutes and I had to ask for someone to deactivate it since it was unbearable. I wanted to cancel my order but my wife declined for the sake of our daughter's special day. It striked for the fifth time we all stood up and left because it was unbearable and we were afraid it was gonna damage our ears. What ****es me off is there was no one from management/Supervisory position who was considerate and who put customers first since we are spending our hard earned money to get value for it in return came to apologize. We had to go out and eat our food in the car? What a waste and an insult to customers especially to my daughter whose special day was ruined. It was extremely hot ice creams melted on us it was just a disaster. I will never go to this restaurant and I will tell ppl my friends and family not to go to this restaurant again.
