Poor lack of service MacDelivery

I am really really upset with the poor service from McDonalds Woodlands Mall. Not the 1st time, not the 2nd time but several times now. They just upgraded their branch, but they need to upgrade their service.... Tonight just made me snap... So i order food and they entered the estate, I opened the gate and waited outside my apartment for the delivery... 10 minutes later no one yet and i went in. After 5 minutes i went to go wait again and nope no one. I came in and locked the gate, planned to go to McDonald's myself. After 30 minutes guess who arrived.... The delivery.... It takes me not even 2 minutes to get from main gate to my house. And best of all i ordered at 20H00 and my food was delivered at my door at 21H00 note the McDonald's is 1km from my Estate.... So the food came here ice cold... I cant even eat the chips its sooooo rubbery..... Absolutely disappointed, will second guess using McDonald's, there is so many other option that are willing to provide good quality service.
