Poor Inconsistant Service

<p>We went to McDonald's Jubilee Mall today at 11:14, and was served by P. Ndlovu. Not only did she give us bad attitude, but when we asked if we could substitude the cold drink for powerade she told us that this cant happen as it will break the meal (although it is allowed at other McDonald's). We shared with her that it normally can be done at an additional cost and she responded in a bad additute that "The proceses of McDonald's are not the same, so we should stop comparing". </p> <p>We then ordered two Quarter Pounder With Jalapeno Relish (promotional) - one without the meal as she didnt want us to do the swap. The burger is suppose to have two cheese slices (one on top and one at the bottom) yet the ones we recieved only had one slice of cheese (at the bottom) and too much tomatoes and it was tasteless. In the packed they didnt even bother to put in serviets and ketchup.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are very disappointed that we are treated like McDonald's Jubilee Mall is doing us a favour.</p>
