Poor food quality at Mcdonalds

Please be advised that I purchased a large meal at McDonald's Cavendish Square today to the value of R397.10. The order was taken by CrewID48 Ngqiyana at 13:14pm

As I was placing my order the cashier had an attitude and told me I can't change my order preferences as she would go for a disciplinary hearing. I was very disturbed by this behavior of your staff and feel that it was not appropriate for me to know as a customer. I would like to make a complaint in saying that I orderd 4 Big Macs and 4 Mac Chicken Spicy Delux and One Spicy Grand. Order number 289. These were all medium meals ordered for a meeting I had to attend. The chicken meals were not spicy at all. The chips were cold and the cooldrinks were flat as it was prepared and stood while the meals were being made. Many order numbers were called out and I stood waiting for my order. Being pressed for time, the assistant refused to give ketchup and had to wait for that as well. This is really unacceptable and I trust your brand very much as this was a request by my client at work.

Please get back to me in 24 hours on how you plan to resolve my complaint as I feel I was poorly serviced. I always buy at your branches but after today I am not done.
