Poor food quality and service
I visited the McDonald’s at Parkdene Boulevard this morning and am very disappointed with both the service and the food I received.
I ordered:
· Spicy McFeast (large) no ice
Mcfeast large large coke no ice · Chili cheese fries · Double chili cheese with orange juice
When I placed my order, the lady told me I would need to redeem the fries on the app, which I did. I then told her I needed to scan to collect points for my order. She said she had done that, but I realized later she had only scanned the deal code for the fries — not my loyalty code for points. I told the lady that I need to scan to earn points but she told me to move she wants to push the line. As a result, I lost points for an order I didn’t even enjoy.
The food itself was poor quality:
· The fries were burnt, hard, brown, and had black ends · Both burgers were dry with barely any sauce · My cousins were also unhappy with their food, even though they chose McDonald’s
This was my first time buying from this McDonald’s, and it will be my last unless something changes. I felt my money was completely wasted. I should have gone to Burger King instead.
Please look into the food quality and staff training at Parkdene Boulevard. I would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for the points I lost and the uneaten food.
